have more than 12 years of experience in China, the US and NZ as a Technical Sales, Account Manager, and Marketing Director. I transitioned into business analyst roles in August 2021 before graduating from Victoria University. In the past three years, I accumulated extensive project experience from industries including financial services, consulting, system operators, and banking.I'm passionate about empowering meaningful changes for organisational and individuals. In my spare time, I founded a BA Career Meetup in January 2023 with the mission to help people launch and advance their business analysis careers. So far we have organised more than 30 online events and 8 offline events.
