I didn’t set out to build another job platform.

I built BRIGEN because I was tired, tired of watching talented people spend hours scrolling, applying blindly, and hearing nothing back. I was tired of how transactional and empty the job search felt, especially for people who had so much more to offer than a keyword, matching resume.

In my own career, I’ve felt that sense of being lost in the crowd. I’ve sent out resumes that felt like they disappeared into a black hole. And I’ve also been on the other side, hiring, trying to find the right people, and realizing how broken the process is for everyone.

BRIGEN started from a simple belief: Finding your next job shouldn’t feel like throwing darts in the dark.
